Data Buffet Plans Terms & Conditions

Effective 23^rd October 2025, the following BLACK Plans: B39DB, B50, B88, B89DB, and MySISWA Plan will no longer be under the Data Buffet Mechanism. Subscribers of these selected plans will receive their full monthly data quota upfront each month, replacing the previous DB Mechanism.

GENERAL

1.       These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) contain important information that governs Subscriber’s use of Data Buffet Plans (“the Plans”) and data usage & data speed to the Internet (“Service”). Upon subscription to any Data Buffet Plans, the Subscriber is deemed to have read, unconditionally accepted, and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time.

2.       The Plans and Services are subject to the General and Specific Terms & Conditions governing the use of XOX Products and Services, XOX Fair Usage Policy, and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at ONEXOX's website.

3.       XOX reserve the rights without liability, to revise the Terms and Conditions, Plans, and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, XOX will give the Subscriber reasonable prior notice of such changes. Once such changes have been made, all previous versions of XOX Subscriber guides or leaflets will be superseded.

4.       The Subscriber accepts responsibility to regularly review information on the Plans and Services at XOX’s website, including changes to this Terms and Conditions. The Subscriber’s continued use of the Service and/or Plan (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the Terms and Conditions, Services and/or Plan shall constitute unconditional acceptance of such revisions/changes and thereafter the Subscriber shall be bound by the same. If the Subscriber do not accept such revisions/changes, the Subscriber may discontinue using the Plan and/or the Service, failing to do so shall be assumed that the Subscriber have accepted the changes.

DATA BUFFET PLANS INTRODUCTION

1.       Data Buffet Plans (DB Plans) are BLACK Plans that are open to all new and existing Subscribers who are Malaysian citizens or Foreigners with the minimum age of eighteen (18) years.

2.       The DB Plans include the following BLACK Plans: B39DB, B50, B88, B89DB, and MySISWA Plan.

3.       Other Data Buffet Plans also include the Football Clubs’ DB Plans:

4.       The specifications of the DB Plans are as shown below.

5.      The Monthly Plan Commitment Fees of the respective DB Plans are subjected to a 6% SST charge.

Data Buffet Mechanism (DB Mechanism)

1.       The DB Plans come with Base Data and X times of X GB top up according to the specifications of the Plans when the data balance reaches the threshold.

2.       10GB / 20GB / 100GB / 150GB data will be topped up automatically each time Subscriber’s data counter falls under 2GB according to the Plans respectively. The data top up will be credited to the BLACK Data Counter on the next calendar day.

3.       Subscribers may receive notification via XOX App after the data top up.

4.       The maximum top ups per Billing Cycle from the DB Mechanism is as stated below for the Plans.

5.       Any remaining data unused in the BLACK Data Counter can be carried forward to the next month when the Billing Cycle is renewed.

2.       Data from Data Buffet that has not been topped up are not allowed to be carried forward to the next month when the Billing Cycle is renewed.

3.       Any remaining SMS and Talk Time in the BLACK Counter can be carried forward to the next month when the Billing Cycle is renewed except for Unlimited Talk Time.

4.       Data in the BLACK Data Counter is non-shareable.

SEASON PASS PACKAGES & DATA ADD-ON

1.       Subscribers are entitled to purchase any Season Pass Packages available except B50.

2.       Subscribers can opt for the BLACK Data Add-on and any Season Pass Data Package to add into their BLACK Data Counter.

3.       Any additional usages will be subjected to a 6% SST at the end of the Billing Cycle.

REGISTRATION & MNP (PORT-IN)

Subscribers may subscribe to the DB Plans through the following channels:

a.       XOX and ONEXOX Authorized Dealers;

b.       XOX’s Physical Outlets (SPACE@XOX, X-force, XCCs, & XPPs);

c.       XOX Online Store; or

d.       Dealer Affiliate Online Store.

OTHERS

1.       XOX reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any registration(s) that it believes to be actin in breach or potentially breaches the Terms and Conditions of the Plan.

2.       If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, then such provision shall remain in full force and effect.

3.       These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and each part shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations hereto and in the event of any litigation thereto shall be submitted only to the jurisdiction of either the Courts of Kuala Lumpur and/or Selangor.
