2.       Who is eligible to subscribe to the Tok Gajah Edition plans?

To register for any of the Tok Gajah Edition plans, the subscribers must be eighteen (18) years of age and above with a valid NRIC or passport to register. If you are below the age of 18 years, you can still register, but we would require parental consent from your parents.

3.       When will the newly enhanced Tok Gajah Edition plans be available for purchase?

The newly enhanced Tok Gajah Edition plans will be available starting on 27th September 2023 for new Subscribers. Existing Tok Gajah Edition plan Subscribers will enjoy the increased data quota on their next Billing Cycle.

 

4.       How much are the Tok Gajah Edition plans?

The rates of the Tok Gajah Edition plans are as shown below:

10.   If I purchased the Tok Gajah Edition plans, can I request for a refund?

No, you may not. All purchases of the Tok Gajah Edition plans are final and not eligible for a refund.

11.   If I change my mind after purchasing the Tok Gajah Edition plans, can I request to exchange it for something else?

No, you may not. All purchases of the Tok Gajah Edition plans by Subscribers are final and not exchangeable.

12.   May I change to another FC’s plan?
No, you may not. You are only allowed to change plans within Tok Gajah Edition plans OR ONEXOX BLACK plans. A change to another FC plan is not allowed.
