2026 DOUBLE DATA DEALS CAMPAIGN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.    Who can participate in this campaign?

All new and existing ONE-X Prepaid and SISWA Prepaid Subscribers are eligible to participate in this campaign.

2.    When is the campaign period?

The campaign period will commence on 1st January 2026 until 31st March 2026.

 

3.    How does it work and how do I participate?

New and existing Subscribers of ONE-X Prepaid and SISWA Prepaid who successfully subscribe to 1X-35 or 1X-48 monthly data plan will receive double the high speed data quota for the first month of the subscription.

 

For example, you subscribe to 1X-35 on 10th January 2026. Upon successful subscription, you will receive a total of 100GB High Speed for the first month of your subscription.

4.    What would I get by participating in this campaign?

You will receive double the high speed data quota for the first month of your subscription to 1X-35 or 1X-48 monthly data plan.

5.    When will I receive the extra high speed data quota for my plan?
Subscribers will be immediately credited with the doubled high speed data quota upon successful subscription to 1X-35 or 1X-48 monthly data plan during the campaign period.

 

6.    What if I do not finish utilizing the doubled high speed data quota?
All remaining data that was unused will not be carried forward to the next subscription cycle. Don’t worry, the data subscription cycle will refresh, and you will receive the standard data quota allocation for your plan.  

7.    Will I continue to receive the doubled high speed data quota upon auto-renewal of my plan?
No, you will receive the standard data quota allocation for your plan upon auto-renewal of the plan. 

8.    What will happen to my data quota if I end my data subscription?
All remaining data that was unused will be automatically forfeited upon the end of your data subscription.

9.    Can I exchange the doubled high speed data quota for cash or credit?
The reward is non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part.
