1. Customer Service Assistant
Response / answer / resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Handle or create case via trouble ticket.
Monitor / solve / updated cases.
Assist walk-in customer on product knowledge (if possible).
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Must possess minimum diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Customer-oriented, punctual, positive attitude, initiative and proactive.
Pleasant personality, good etiquette and good communication skill
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Applicant should be Malaysia citizens
