Happy Day Terms & Conditions

Happy Day Introduction

Each Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions by their participation in the campaign. Each entrant agrees to be bounded by the Terms and Conditions.

1. The XOX Group (hereinafter referred to as “XOX”) is hosting “Happy Day”, BLACK activation promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”).

2. The Campaign is on 24 & 25 April 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Period”). The Campaign Period will be published on the XOX website and Official XOX Malaysia Facebook page.

3. During the Campaign Period, BLACK B39 PLUS20 and B59e plan shall be offered with two complementary Tealive vouchers worth RM6.90 each (hereinafter referred to as “Free Item(s)”) as decided by XOX for all eligible Malaysians.

4. During the Campaign Period, BLACK B39 PLUS50 plan shall be offered with four complementary Tealive vouchers worth RM6.90 each (hereinafter referred to as “Free Item(s)”) as decided by XOX for all eligible Malaysians.

Participating Eligibility

5. The Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens with at least 12 years of age (hereinafter referred to as “Participant(s)”) according to Malaysian Identification Card subject to fulfilling the criteria stated below in clauses 5.1 & 5.2:

5.1 New subscribers
New subscribers who sign up for B39PLUS 20, B59e or B39 PLUS50 during the Campaign Period.

5.2 Port-in
Subscribers that register for port-in to B39PLUS 20, B59e or B39 PLUS50 during the Campaign Period.

6. A 6% SST will be subjected at the end of the billing cycle, based on the price of the plan Participant(s) signed up for, as illustrated in Table 3.0 below:

7. Any additional usages will be subjected to a 6% SST at the end of billing cycle.

8. During the Campaign Period, Participant(s) shall be entitled to activate up to FIVE (5) BLACK MSISDN per person (including existing MSISDN) at the Full Price on the First Month during the Campaign Period to get the Free Items for each BLACK MSISDN activated.

9. The Promo is only available for B39PLUS 20, B59e or B39 PLUS50. The Free Item(s) is/are only given once upon successful activation.

10. Participants will receive the Free Item(s) within 24 hours upon successful activation of selected BLACK plan(s).

11. For port-in registrations, only Participants who register to port-in to B39PLUS 20, B59e or B39 PLUS50 during the Campaign Period, and is successful, shall be entitled to the Free Item(s).

12. For port-in registrations that failed during the Campaign Period, as long as, Participants re-submit the port-in registration within the Campaign Period, and the resubmission is successful, they shall be entitled to the Free Item(s).

13. Participants who re-submit the registration for port-in after the Campaign Period shall not be entitled to the Free Item(s).

14. XOX reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue, terminate and add the Free Item(s).

Activation Platforms

15. Participant(s) may sign up or port-in to the selected BLACK plan(s) at the following platforms during the Campaign Period:
a) XOX online store
b) Dealer affiliate program
c) Any authorised BLACK dealer
d) XFORCE
e) XOX Partnership Program
f) XOX Service Centres
g) SPACE@XOX

Others

16. The Promo is open to all Malaysian citizens including permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of XOX and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters).

17. XOX reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any registration(s) that it believes to be acting in breach or potentially breaches the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.

18. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held unenforceable, then such provision shall be modified to reflect XOX intention. All remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and each party shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations hereto and in the event of any litigation thereto shall be submitted only to the jurisdiction of either the Courts of Kuala Lumpur and/or Selangor.

20. The standard Terms and Conditions for BLACK still apply as stated in XOX official website.

21. XOX reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue, terminate and add all or any terms to the campaign/contest/promotion terms and conditions accordingly.

22. XOX shall have the final decision in the question of entitlement of the Free Item(s).
