4. How will I receive my e-vouchers?
The link to the XOX Rewards page http://rewards.xox.com.my will be sent to your newly activated BLACK number via SMS.
5. When will I receive the link to my e-vouchers?
You will receive the e-vouchers within 24 hours of successful activation, so do put your SIM card into the phone once it’s activated and you can enjoy your freebie immediately!
6. What should I do if I did not receive the link to my freebie?
Please log on to the XOX Rewards page http://rewards.xox.com.my directly and follow the steps from there.
7. When will the e-vouchers expire?
Please refer to the expiry date on the e-voucher.
8. Do I need to pay the full price for the first month of the BLACK plan I chose?
Yes, you need to make the pre-payment for the plan you choose. E.g.

No, you will only receive the freebie once when you sign up or port-in to selected BLACK plan(s).
10. If I register for port-in during Happy Day, but the port-in request was not successful, am I still entitled to the freebie if I re-submit the request after the campaign period?
No. Only those registration for port-in on Happy Day that are submitted during the campaign period shall be entitled to the discounted price or freebie. If it failed the first time, you may resubmit the request during the campaign period to get the freebie, provided the re-submission is successful. If you re-submit the request after the campaign period, you won’t be able to get the freebies. To avoid an unsuccessful port-in make sure you have the following covered:
a) The number is in the Active status
b) The number you want to port-in is a principal line
c) You have paid all the outstanding bills
d) You have cleared your contract with your previous provider

12. Are there any Sales and Service Tax (SST) charges for BLACK?
Yes, all BLACK plans are subjected to a 6% SST at the end of every billing cycle.
